Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the pillow in its original box, attach the prepaid label to the exterior, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
